2. License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Grid Builder X on the number of sites specified in your license type.
Single Site License
Permits use on one (1) domain or subdomain.
You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key with others.
3. Subscription and Renewal
Your subscription includes one year of plugin updates and priority support. At the end of the year:
- The plugin continues to work on your site
- You may optionally renew for continued updates and support
- Renewal is available at a discounted rate
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Grid Builder X, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
- Remove or modify any copyright notices
- Use the plugin for illegal purposes
- Share your license key with unauthorized users
- Use the plugin on more sites than your license permits
6. Updates and Support
Active license holders receive plugin updates and priority email support. We strive to respond to all support requests within 24 hours during business days.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Grid Builder X is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the plugin.
