  • You agree to deactivate the license and delete the Addon from your site(s).

3. Exceptions Please note that we do not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • For license upgrades, downgrades, or changes to your subscription after the first 14 days of purchase.
  • For early termination of your subscription.
  • If a discount/coupon code was not applied at the time of purchase.
  • If a refund has already been granted previously to avoid abusive behavior and the costs involved.

4. Refund Process Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the timing of the receipt of the refund will depend on the policies of your bank or credit card company.

5. Exchange Rate Differences We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased the Addon and the time you are refunded.
